This is a kitchen we completed a couple of months ago. It’s a 1920’s house in Hollywood and was completely re-modeled. After our part was done painters came in and did a distressed – antique kinda thing. The counters are soap stone. The tiles remind me of the subway in New York, where I grew up.
When we first finish something like this, all I can think of is all the details that “aren’t perfect”. When I come back, a month later, all I can think is “Wow this is a beautiful kitchen!”
There are a lot of drawers. And a bunch of doors. And a TV pullout. And a spice rack. And a swing out for blender/juicer. And a covered area for dog bowl. And a custom garbage bin. And a built in butcher block. And the clients LOVE their kitchen…
